REVIEWS

While enjoying an upbeat, cheery melody, I slowly began to realize my demise. Even with lyrics that pour out the ache of every artist right now, I still felt hopeful in the end. A lovely tune, well executed by wonder producer twins Klas & Joel. A song for a mournful Monday playlist.

Good stuff. Nice arrangement, good clean production (I expect nothing less from you ;) ) and a fun video.

Your tune had an appealing flow, and the production was on point. The instruments were well done, and it had a nice groove going on.

Great tune. The song itself is a great story. The last minute of the song is beautiful to hear the full instrumentation and vocals all in! Love the music video! Sick shot of Joel playing the drums!

I love the message! I think you guys did a really great job when writing this song! My most memorable line that I really liked was here We are sucking, soggy poison thru our paper straws. It really says a lot! Keep up the good work much love and support! 🙏🏼

Great song props to the mandolin and banjo
— Maxie Freeman / Blues man
I love the moody but still kind of happy vibe, the guitars and banjo have a great melody and the bass feels very warm. I love the vocal lyrics, very nice...
— Warm Hub / Spotify Playlister
Strong song about Al without doom and gloom music! Cat Stevens come to mind on your vocals Klas. Spot on Harmonies with you and Tyler. Mix sounds great! Nice blend with guitar and banjo.
— David Shanks / Alto, NM
Secret Circus has pulled off a neat trick, merging acoustic and electric instrumentation into a catchy, seductive Americana-meets-Folk/Rock. Its peppy feel belies the serious message of the song, but they manage it brilliantly!
— Sean Harrison / Artist & Singer-songwriter
Great job guys. It reminds me of the sixties anti war bands, like Country Joe, or maybe Jethro Tull.
— Waylon Holman / Roswell NM
The song offers an intimate perspective on where we are and where we are going: an important role of the songwriter that many forget. Glad to see New Mexico’s artists still making us move and think without replacing the outlaw vibes...
— Jhett Black / Artist
